This high-end vacuum is fast and agile and was able to pick up pet hair and human dander nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few buttons on the screen to control the device manually.
Another noteworthy feature of the S8 is its ability to adjust its cleaning mode according to the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will wash its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
The mop roller has many other smart features, including a dock that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without you having to refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant of the S8, you can use voice commands to control rooms cleaning options and granular control using only your voice.

Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to begin, which includes setting up an account on the app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once you've completed this, the robot will begin to vacuum and mop easily.
It's important to note that the mapping process can take some time, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few attempts before it has a good picture of your room. Additionally the detection of objects can be hit or miss It was able to get around furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn itself over to free itself. These aren't major issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great option for those looking for an appliance that can do everything.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete provides a three-in-one cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features a rotating motion similar to hand scrubbing, which results in floors that are genuinely cleaned, not just cleaned. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach spots even a robotic vacuum can't.
This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few additional smart features. It also has an innovative mopping technique that utilizes a roller continuously sprayed with water to collect dirt and deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing, and avoiding steps. However, it did struggle with finely engrained debris and wasn't always able to clear raised room thresholds. The operating noise level is also quite high, and it could be less of a set-and-forget model than other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, comes with docking systems that allow it to refill its clean water tank, empty the dustbin and dry and wash the mop, and empty its mop pad. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with the regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to manage all of its functions. It provides an easy overview and a variety of options for configuration.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is among the top mowers and vacuums available that are available. It delivers impressive results in mopping and vacuuming. Its LIDAR mapping sensor can recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good accuracy, and the app lets users fine-tune map coverage, set no-go zones, and customize cleaning preferences. The main roller brush of the Freo is also engineered to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too it comes with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and can apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is equipped with smart carpet detectors, which lift the pads up when they are close to soft surfaces in order to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station acts as an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dries the mops, and refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station also features integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins every time they need to be emptied.

A few hundred dollars cheaper than the S8 and this robot does an excellent job of keeping my home office spotless and also take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make a map of your area, so it knows which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not poop), unlike many vacuums.
It also has some outstanding notable features, like an automatic emptying dust bin and a mop pad that's self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can even skip mopping in rooms that aren't soiled. It's a great choice when you have a mix of flooring in your home and do not want to invest the extra money on the Roborock with advanced mapping features.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great choice. It comes with a variety of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock to refill water, and adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's extremely quiet and easily moves around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and its battery drains more quickly than other models we've tested.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that provides powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however, it performed very well overall. It also includes a wide variety of cleaning modes to suit your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' mode for light debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' mode for rooms with carpet. It can even be programmed to remove and reconnect mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for those who live in cramped spaces. It's quick and quiet and can maneuver tight spaces efficiently. It also does a good job of removing pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it can be configured to take photos of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they won't be picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and not tied to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming but isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare More methods with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs and automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
